The Crown Pro contractor portal is being built as a secure, mobile-first operating system for approved subcontractors. Public WordPress pages will not store sensitive onboarding records.
Onboarding
Approved contractors will complete agreements, training, compliance items and secure document submission through authenticated workflows.
Assignments & Calendar
Accepted work, property details, scope, start times, deadlines, travel instructions and availability will be organized in one dashboard.
Field Documentation
Before/during/after photos, daily logs, completion checklists, issues and extra-work requests will attach directly to assignments.
Quality Control
Submitted work can move through Pending Review, Approved or Correction Required with a preserved audit trail.
Payment Status
Contractors will be able to track submitted, approved, scheduled and issued payment states without seeing internal company financials.
Credential & Compliance
Insurance, training, agreements and other approval requirements will display current status and renewal reminders.
Current Stage
The secure portal is under development. Contractors should use the public interest form for initial qualification only. Sensitive documents will be requested later through a secure process.
