Contractor Onboarding

Contractor Onboarding

A Clear Path From Approval to Active Status

Approved contractors will move through a structured onboarding process designed to reduce repetitive office contact and make expectations clear before work begins.

1. Approval

Application and qualification review determine whether a contractor can advance to onboarding.

2. Agreements & Policies

Required agreements, conduct expectations, documentation standards, safety acknowledgments and assignment rules are reviewed and accepted.

3. Secure Documents

Required tax, insurance, identification or certification documents are collected through the secure contractor system rather than public forms.

4. Training

Contractors complete Crown Pro culture, communication, documentation, quality-control and project-specific training as applicable.

5. Payment Setup

Payment setup will use approved secure payment workflows. Crown Pro does not intend to store raw contractor banking credentials in ordinary website forms.

6. Active Status

Once required steps are complete, eligible contractors may receive assignments based on trade, availability, geography and client need.
